I don’t know what kind of Woody Wagon this wasas it was leaving the parking lot to Trader Joe’s on Alvarado street in Downtown Monterey. It was a fully restored, beautiful ride. I only got two pictures of it so enjoy! Bonus there are some crappy videos of a Chevy Gasser that I have taken pics of at the Random Car show, you can find the pic in the gallery. The video is low quality but it gives an example of how great this thing sounded with that 409.

So after thinking I lost these pics I was able to recover them from a temp file and get them posted. What we have here is a beautiful example of a 1970 (?) Dodge Challenger R/T. As a Mopar maniac, owning a Magnum R/T myself, I was excited to find this sublime Challenger just hanging out in Monterey during the Farmer’s Market. I was able to get some good shots with my HTC Touch, even got the pistol grip shifter.

I love these cars and love the new iteration of these as well. Click on the picture to go to the gallery and as I say its Mopar or no car! Enjoy!

So as to emulate one of my favorite car junkie websites, Jalopnik.com, I have decided to begin posting pics of classic cars, hotrods and other oddities that I run across on my travels in one section in the gallery called Down on the street. This section is starting off with a classic Oldsmobile that is obviously a restored model but looks totally factory. Its an amazing car. Just click on the pic to get to the gallery. Enjoy!
